For private clients, it handles all aspects of trust and foundation formation and related services such as administration, accounting, tax returns and other client concerns. Together with its partner BWB Attorneys at Law Ltd (www.bwb.li), it can also ensure legal optimisation if desired.

The need for independent portfolio analyses for a large number of charitable-, family- and other foundations and trusts of the Ganten Group led to the establishment of this area of activity within Consilia Anstalt. Consilia, founded in 1975, has therefore focused on portfolio health checks and portfolio monitoring. The extensive benefits of this service are now also offered to third parties.
